New to Athletica, Training for an Olympic in 1.5 months, 2.5 week long bike event in the middle of training

So, I plan to do an Olympic-distance Triathlon on June 9th. The problem I have is I am doing a 2.5-week-long charity ride from May 7th to May 25th across Florida. Currently, I have the triathlon I am training for in Athletica. How do I tell it I won’t be able to train during those dates? I will be biking an average of 70 miles a day each day, but probably limited running and no swimming.

My guess is I just delete those days of workouts and Athletica will just replan based on my recorded biking workouts throughout the duration of the event. So when I am done it will replan based on my activities (Cycling for the 2 weeks straight).

Yes you can just let the plan run as is. Or you can manually add biking average 70miles each day for the duration of your event so it matches your bike rides with planned rides.. keeping ai coach “happy”. How to add? Just hit the plus sign :plus:. Fill in the pop up. Then click on the 30mins and edit the details in a new pop up. Delete 39
Mins and use your estimated distance .
Save.
In your training calendar view, click on the three dots of that workout and choose “save your to library”. You can then add this workout from your library to each day you are biking,
Delete all swims and runs.
Or third option is to “go unscheduled “ in your training settings and chose the duration for 2 weeks.
Enjoy your adventure!

I am also participating in a two-week-long charity ride called COPS Cycling for Survivors, and I used your advice to add a ride date for each of the two weeks of the ride, then edited the 30 minutes to the mileage we should be riding that day. However, when I did that, the new mileage listing did not show as the minutes did. And, I cannot get back to edit the details as I cannot select the listing either. I’m not sure if this is a bug, so hoping you could take a look and advise what the issue is or what I did wrong? Thanks!

I will add that if you look at the Athletic.ai App, it shows the rides, and if you click on the ride itself, you can see the details.
