What’s the correct intensity for short HIIT and VO2max sessions? I’ve noticed that Atletica prescribes the same target watts regardless of whether the interval is 30, 20, or only 10 seconds. I feel like I should push harder if the interval is just 10 seconds. Or am I wrong—maybe it’s not necessary to go that hard for such short intervals?

So basically the target power is the same for 10, 20 and 30 sec short HIIT?
Are there any bike intervalls within athletica where I have to go to Zone 7, so basically sprinting?
