Trying to figure out what all the unique metrics on Athletica are since there are a lot that I’m not used to seeing on other platforms. Is mp4 similar to Normalized Power used by most this? Trying to manually edit some activities that are mostly Power data and it would help to know this. Tried reading the description of it….

Yes, it’s similar to NP. Most of the metrics are similar to what Training Peaks offers.
