I’m trying to turn my Thursday workout into HIIT session on the bike this week. I forget what the original workout was, it wasn’t HIIT, but it was between 50 and 60 for load. My 30/30s next week happen to have a load of 54 and have the workout wizard available. So I switched it to bike. Copied it. And then moved the copy to this week (May 29 30/20s):
Once the plan finishes recalculating the ‘Reload’ button shows up:
And after clicking it my locked workout has gone from a bike to a run and has lost the workout wizard so I can’t change it back:
I’ve tried this 2 or 3 times with consistent results that my workout keeps going back to a run.
I did export the workout to my Garmin and will be able to do it as a bike but I’d still like my locked workouts to not change.
