Trying to interpret the results of the Aerobic + 2K All Out test, focused on the 2K portion of the test. The 2K All out interval specified HR at 172-182HR (Z5 for me) for 10’. I typically do not push Z5 for that long so planned to stay in Z4 for most of the 2K interval, which I did based on the NK stroke coach and Garmin data. However, the Athletica Time in Zones analysis shows the following.
The Z3b, Z4, and Z5 TIZ is about 9 minutes, which is about right time wise for the 2K. Please explain why the planned TIZ does not include Z4/Z5 at all but includes Z7. The workout description indicated Z5 for the 2K but it does not show up at all in the analysis as a planned HR zone. I do not have Z7 HR zones for Row or Default HR zones so not sure what they is even specified at all.
