I believe that when a plan is generated it uses templates to build the plan and then the AI uses your user settings to adjust it. I believe that there may be a couple of templates: a template for the sequencing of weeks and a template for workouts within each type of week. I’d love to be able to move workouts around in the week template before they are applied.
Why? I find myself making the same changes nearly every week. For example, my Strength Endurance workouts seem to occur on Tuesdays and are on the longer side. My Threshold workouts are usually short in comparison and occur on Saturdays. I usually swap these. I usually move my Strength & Conditioning sessions (typically on Friday) to Thursday to coincide with my HIIT sessions.
Instead of going through 8, 12, or even 16 weeks of a plan it would be nice to go through the 3 or 4 weekly templates before it’s generated and move some of this around…
