I am a little bit confused by the changing the system is doing with me.
After giving me yesterday round about 11 hours of training my new plan looks like:
May be it is too many for the system.
But I have swimming with the Team on Wednesday and Friday during winter in europe, and I always got swimming in the plan on other days.
And I go to the gym on Monday and Friday so that it suits to my job.
I prefer the long run on Saturday and the long ride on Sundays.
I would manually just swop Saturday bike to Sundays and Sunday’s long runs to Saturday (I know a bit of manual labor there).
Same with S&C sessions. They are 30mins long anyways. Just manually move them around to Monday and Friday.
Consider these changes:
Tuesday Run: depending on your level, most runs during the week are less than 90 mins anyway. Action: delete
Wednesday: Action: Give a little more time on Wednesday swim (likely swim is somewhere between 30-60mins anyway) if you don’t have time to do 60mins, just jump off the pool when needed.
Thursday bike: Action: I realize you only have 45 mins. Maybe give a little more time and see what kind of workout comes out. Like HIIT session that can be done around 45–50mins with cutting down recovery at the end?
Thursday run: likely run would be less than 90mins anyways so perhaps delete?
And the weekend bike&run delete and manually swop these.
I realize you want the days to be automatically rearranged. We hope we can give this function to you soon. in the meanwhile consider making these changes and see what happens. Requires a little bit of manual work. Sorry !
Right now it is getting worse than better.
In my plan for today I put manually the Friday swim which was changed to 12 minutes.
After doing my swim tonight it is not appearing in Athletica.
Right now I Am missing already 3 workouts since Sunday.
Tomorrow I will delete all the constraint and hope that is running better than.
The workout I made yesterday was changed to missed.
Is it better to tell the system that changes should start the day after tomorrow or better next week.
Can I import a workout for the past, when there is no workout on that day in the plan? For exemple I made a 2 hour ride on Sunday which is dissappeared now and in the plan is now a rest day.
The name is because I like Buddhas like this one and I used to have a little belly and I am bold. The combination out of this with my passion for Triathlon is the reason for the username.
