The next 27th of July I will race my first 70.3 by being prepared with athletica.ai where the bike leg has 800m D+.
Now I am in my latest build week, from the next I’ll be tapering. Until now, my longest brick workout was around 3-4hrs bike and 30min run, EG:
This saturday I have this brick being scheduled:
I was thinking of extending the ROB session to 10km @ 4:40min/km to see if it’s really manageable.
I’m also starting thinking of race pace. AS far as now my idea is to:
Swim Leg: 1:47-1:52/100m
Bike Leg:
- Flat: 250-260W
- Hills: 270-285W
- Downhills: 150-200W
- Rolling: 255-270W
Run Leg: 4:40-4:45/km
