Hi guys, what kind of diet do you follow? I’ve gradually eliminated red meat and only eat chicken once a week. In addition to legumes, vegetables, and fruit, I eat yogurt, fish, and eggs, and I’ve noticed a reduction in recovery times and injuries.

I follow a vegan diet, but its not for perfomance reasons.
I find that I can get back to fitness quicker, but it’s been so long that I can’t give you an A B comparisson.
I think the best thing is just to try and eat a healthy diet with enough calories to fuel the activity you do. Allowing for a treat if you’re so inclined.
