Hi there,
today I replaced a planned cycling session with a rowing workout using the Wizard, and I have a question about the prescribed heart rate zones.
The warm-up was set to 81–116 bpm, followed by the main part of the workout and then a cool-down.
What surprised me is that the cool-down was prescribed at 81–140 bpm.
Is that correct? Shouldn’t the cool-down intensity be the same or even lower than the warm-up?
