Run Split into Parts but nearly every part with the same HR/Pace/Power

As I understand the workout, I can run for 1:15 h, but I must not exceed 131 bpm.

Why is the workout then split into so many parts?

Only the lower end of the zones changes, while the upper end always stays at 131 bpm.

I guess the different parts should be:
80-114 bpm and 114-131 bpm, correct?

Screenshot is from Coros Website, because it shows the problem better.

Great observation—and thanks for the screenshot, super helpful!

What you’re seeing is actually related to how your daily availability settings are interacting with our AI Coach. Since your weekly schedule shows limited time during weekdays and a big availability window on the weekend, the algorithm tries to “stack” some training time to keep your fitness progression on track.

You’re absolutely right: the session is entirely aerobic and should be treated as a continuous Zone 2 effort, even though it’s split into multiple parts. The different segments are a byproduct of the planning logic rather than a prescription to stop and start.

We totally get that this looks a bit confusing (and honestly, not ideal ). We’re already working on a better solution to clean this up in future updates.

Thanks for flagging this—and keep the feedback coming!
