Zone Settings for Session segments

Hello all,

I noticed an change in my Completed Load per session Vs Planned Load for my Aerobic sessions. Upon a deeper review of the session details it appears that Athletica is establishing my MS within the session at a Z-start of 1 rather than a Z-start of 2. This is after the planned WU section; my assumption would be that after the WU section of the session the intent would be to begin the Main Set at a Zone 2 and end at a Zone 2 Vs Zone 1 start and Zone 2 end. I have checked and my Zone Settings for HIIT and Tempo sessions are correct; just Aerobic sessions appear to be off.
In the same vein, I did notice that the effort section intervals/Tempo session are set to the correct zone for the intent of the session Z3, 4,5,6, but all my rest sections are set to Zone 1, which may be contributing to the AI Coach having a misaligned expectation of performance in the feedback section. It is not possible to come off a z5/6 interval section straight to a z1 rest state (Power yes, Pace Yes, HR no).
It is highly possible I have created this issue through my tinkering with my settings over time. I am hopeful I don’t need to alter each aerobic section post-completion because if I do it prior, then the system will not adapt it due to my altering of the session.

Hi @Cubicfunction. Appreciate the nice detective work you’ve done to decipher the issue. You are correct. This is a known bug and the team is working on a fix.
