My main focus is running. I like to add cross-training to give my joints a break. I mostly indoor cross-train with Zwift.
Can Athletica create a plan under those parameters?

In your running plan, you can always change your running workouts to biking by using the Workout Wizard Modality tab. Here, I changed my original aerobic dev running session to biking, as like you, I like to use cross-training to keep my aging joints healthy from all the pounding on the concrete.
Alternatively you could use Duathlon plan which is a combination of Running and Biking.
