Strength and conditioning

My plan has a number of strength and conditioning sessions which are all showing as missed as I wasn’t sure how to record this with my Garmin?

What are you supposed to do and how do I mark them as complete in the meantime?

You have a couple of options as I understand. One is to manually enter the time and your subjective measures. Another is to record the activity on your Garmin watch as a strength workout, then connect Garmin Connect to Athletica. I do both with my athletes.
