Suggested workouts with no plan

I’m a general endurance athlete. I run, bike and occasionally row on an ERG. I rowed in college and picked up running and biking later in life. My goal is generally just to keep improving fitness with no real racing or particular training goals in mind.

I’d love the ability to open Athletica and it prescribes a bike, run or row (or suggests no workout for the day) based on my current training load. It would also be awesome if I could it how much time I have to train that day. Overall it would be similar to the suggested workout feature on Garmin. I like the idea on Garmin but in practice I’ve found the Garmin workouts do not help me improve.
