Taper week opinion

Hi guys! Sunday I have my 70.3 race and my Taper week begins… I wanted to ask you how you approach it? Are you making changes? Are you moving/eliminating any sessions? Do you think it is essential to maintain complete rest on Friday and get active on Saturday or do it the other way around?

I generally stick to the schedule in order to just keep the mental noise to a minimum. You can always go for a walk on Friday if you’re feeling nervous.

Giusto!credo solo che i volumi debbano essere inferiori…ma sicuramente ci sarà qualche “conflitto” con dei replan effettuati la settimana scorsa…

11 ore e 2,5 h di allenamento il sabato sembrano eccessivi😅
