My 70.3 IM is in 3 weeks (and 2 days) and I just have been ill for 1 week. So after sticking to the plan no training at all for a week. I am better again and ready to start training and make the most of the coming weeks to build back. I will probably take it easy for the first 3-4 days and then want to get the most out of my training.
Will Athletica manage this in the best way from AI or should I do tweaks or adjust settings somewhere or anything else?

Does the plan look achievable from your perspective?
I’d keep the intensity down for the first day or so perhaps, then kick back in as normal if you feel good. You won’t have lost any fitness in the week off, probably done you some good if you have been in a hard block.
I’m kinda the same, this week has barely been anything due to post race and travel cold and cough. 2 weeks and 1 day until my IM and I actually think (if the cold dissappears this weekend) that it will have done me good
Better to get sick now than in 2 weeks haha

The plan looks easy to achieve. My main thing is the 2 week taper. So now I have 1 solid week ahead and then 2 weeks of tapering. Am thinking I might move my current week I missed over to the first taper week, but am hoping Athletica might adjust.
Totally agree it is better to be sick now. Especially since the upcoming race is 70.3 Marbella. I once earlier registered for it in 2022. I arrived in Spain fully trained and registered for the race the next day. A few hours later I turned out to have Corona. So instead of racing I ended up in bed in my hotel hearing the speaker and feeling miserable. So definitely want to race this time!

I also got sick 2 weeks before my Ironman WC. It’s your body telling you had enough and time to rest. ended up being for the better for me.
You’ll be fine - just be patient and not push too hard as you get back into it. Being healthy on the start line is all you need.
