Too much time in Z3

Hello,

I just finished a strength training session and the trainer told me that I spent too much time in Z3.

I think the strength interval should have been done in Z3, but maybe not the cool-down, which seems strange to me?
How can I fix this, please, knowing that I simply imported the training program and didn’t change anything?

I wouldn’t worry about the odd comment like this. A few things that the coach says about zones don’t quite hit right on my sessions.

If you’ve followed the plan well enough, that’s all that matters
