Training Plan Stuck in Sync

Hi,
could someone help me with my plan? It seems to have bugged out.
After my workout yesterday, the plan appears to have gotten stuck during activity upload and has been stuck in a synchronization state ever since. When I check yesterday’s workout, I only see an empty rectangle in September 20, with no activity data. This issue has been ongoing for about 15 hours now and it also seems to prevent me from using the mobile app, which logs me out immediately after I sign in.
