Update mesocycle in the roadmap (e.g. from Build to Base)

Hi :wave:

I’ve been generating a training plan for an athlete racing a marathon in 12w. Athletica has built the program incorporating only Build cycles while I would like the first 4w to be Base.

I couldnt find the ability to update such setup in the ‘Roadmap’ and was wondering if this feature was available?

Alternatively, what is the best workaround?

Hi @pierre … best work around would be for you to go to ‘Plan Overview’ => Roadmap, then hover over the date in question of the week you want to change. Change those weeks (first 4w) to Recovery weeks. You’ll more or less get what you are after.

You could also just change the tempo or threshold runs to zone 2 or to bring intensity down. But make sure there is a natural progression to higher intensity when she moves to build and not too big of a jump related to reps and total time of intensity.
