I am completing workouts in my test week. My watch betrayed me and logged my test swim session incorrectly. As I had the manual time tracking as well, I used this manual to calculate correct CSS.
Please how do I manually adjust the treshold, when I do not want to break my plan? I would like my test week to continue and next week start 1 base week.

Hi @holkatriatlonka … click on ‘Overview’, then scroll to the very bottom and you’ll see your threshold and training zones. Change your CSS there and click update and in time your zones will be readjusted accordingly.
