I’ve just moved to the High Volume plan and as a result, my plan was rebuilt. However, my rest days need to be changed.
Should I go ahead and change the entire plan now (which runs until my March event), or wait until each week comes and only change the upcoming week?

Hey,
Once you change a plan please give 24-48hrs for the entire plan to populate. It takes a little bit of time before you can see the entire plan.
You should have next week available and can make changes sooner than, say week 15 from now.
Remember the plan will adapt as you train, so what you see today for a week in February for example, will change based on what you do as you start training. Pretty cool, hey?!

I would change it week by week. Sometimes when you make changes, the program will change and override them. So keep the changes to a week or two at a time.
