Hello everyone. New here. I created a plan for an event on March 16th but I noticed that every week’s plan is the same with the same workouts and my Fitness is just a flat line to my event basically. Is this normal or will there be some kind of adjustment later on?
Hi @np10 … yes - give it 12-24h to work itself out. If it doesn’t resolve in that time span then please report back.
I already created my plan on Friday and everything is the same as at the beginning.
The following weeks will go up based on your compliance with this week’s plan; you can’t scroll 6 weeks ahead and see what you’ll be doing since you haven’t done the work to get there yet but they WILL increase in load/duration/etc. as long as you’re consistent with the plan until then. Hope that helps.

You already have a high fitness and you’ve capped your training hours. I tweaked them slightly to allow more leash to go out but you hadn’t prior given the AI much room to go. It’s now going in the right direction for you. Please leverage the Workout Wizard tab that you will find on nearly every workout for many different but appropriate options in your daily training.

Click on Training then Plan Settings, and uncheck the “Show Training Plan warning messages” and it’ll go away. I like to keep mine as a barometer, but usually ignore it unless something new shows up.
Also, it’s saying your minimum can’t be met - you might have too high a MINIMUM, and it wants you to have some easier weeks in there.
I already put 1h as Minimum and I continue with the same warning…
