It seems when adding a workout to the calendar, the default is 30 minutes. If I go in to edit the duration, after I hit save, it appears as though the duration has been updated, and then I hit close but the workout remains at the original duration.
If I edit the duration and then click the save button twice, it will update and close the window. That’s the behaviour I expect from the save + close action. So the workaround is easy enough to execute but posting here as I don’t think the save + close is working as expected.
That’s great @kjridin … I’d like to add this to a dev ticket. Could you kindly provide me with some screenshots that show the behaviour you’re seeing v expecting that I can include?
I will e-mail you a .mov file as I think you’ll find that more helpful than screenshots.
After I created the .mov, I went in to see if screenshots would be helpful and discovered some additional info:
If you tab out of the edited duration field, and hit save, then close, you get expected behaviour.
If you don’t tab out of the field, but just change the time and then hit save, then close, it does not update.
But you can see from this screenshot, that the duration and “reads as” both show 50. If I close this, it will remain at 45 in my training plan. If I hit Save again, instead of Close. It will work. You can see that workflow in the .mov.
