Hi! I’m doing a sprint triathlon training plan. Sometimes on Sundays, I like to do local cycling races or a 10k… Is there any way to add running or cycling races under the “I’ve got some races in mind” option while having an active triathlon plan? It only lets me add races from the active plan. Thanks!

We are going to work towards allowing other sports as race goals in the future. At the moment, best solution is to move your Hard session of the week to your 10K race day, or create a new workout and call it 10K Race.
Sorry about that, this is definitely something we are aware of, and want to change it.

Last season, Sprint Nationals was my “A” race and I mixed in some criteriums plus some 5K and 10K races to help with prep for draft-legal racing. If you already know the dates of your cycling and running events, you can plug them in and Athletica will adjust your training load to make sure you’re set up well.
