The more I look at this the more confused I get. Looking at the “help” I see this…
… unfortunately no mention of “Critical HR” so I’m assuming it is that shown in the red box?
When I look at my settings, I see this…
…which doesn’t look like the HR zones set in my run above.
Also when I manually change the “Critical HR” here to see what effect this has…
… the Critical HR goes up but zone 3b goes down.
I’m at a loss now as to what is happening. I manually changed the HRs in my run last night and the tempo part felt ideal for me (up to 166bpm)
