Using low volume long distance tri plan. I have a warning saying that my run fitness is too high for the plan and I should consider switching to a mid volume plan but that the same time I have a session warning for today’s run workout indicating that my form/fitness isn’t ideal and I should skip or move some workouts. What gives?
I would think that overall, your run fitness/level means that you could handle to workload on the medium plan.
However on the day in specific, your fatigue and form is low enough to trigger a warning about over training. I would imagine later in the plan (in a few days) that warning will disappear. It could be your overall fatigue that is the issue, not just your run stats.
