Difference between Load and Zone Compliance?

Is anyone able to explain the difference between the speed (and heart rate/power I guess) Load vs Zones?

Below is an example of the coaches feedback on my latest aerobic/easy run - If my zone compliance was great then why is my load higher than it should have been? Thanks

Good question. I would have to see your workout(s) in question, but I’d say AI Coach was hallucinating a bit…?
