Do the workouts change during the plan? I mean, I will do Middle Distance Mid Volume Base 1 and 2 for 5 months, but the trainings are the same: 5 x 30/30 on the bike, for example, and 16 minutes of intense running, without ever increasing the duration, Is this normal please?
I know that so far I haven’t fully followed the plan, but I was expecting to do a little more HIIT each week if I completed the training last week., for example 5 x 30/30 then 6 x 30/30 then 7 x 30/30 etc
