It looks at the bike activity for the last 6 weeks, I think weighted to what you’ve done recently, so if you haven’t done a lot of bigger rides there might be a big ride this week that looks out of alignment with the last 6 weeks of effort. It also might think you’re ramping too fast, with the form for swim and run being single-digit or green while bike is double digit negative.
If you feel that you’re ramping appropriately and can handle the planned workouts for the week, just disregard. It is VERY conservative to prevent injuries (which I understand, especially as people unfamiliar with training use the platform too and need more caution) and personally my ramp is often higher than the AI likes. I use it as a safety check, double check my load and feeling and recovery, and then go from there.
