Tomorrow morning Friday 12th 9am Central US I will fire up the zwift for Strength Endurance work - roughly 2hrs. You are hereby invited to join! Please show up in time as late join is not allowed in Meetups. You don’t need to pick a workouts as I will coach you through. Join for the whole ride or just a bit, but be there 8:55 am or be left behind we will be rubberbanded so we stick together!
We will do 3x12 min low gear (or if you are doing your SE workout then make sure you pick the workout before the meetup starts when we still on the side of the road waiting…
Looking forward seeing some of you on Zwift!

Anyway, I need to update my bike training zones, so I am doing a FTP test tomorrow WEDNESDAY JANUARY 17TH 9AM Central US, and Coach @SimpleEnduranceCoach is also doing it with me! So if you’d like to join us, here’s how:
follow me on zwift companion app - see the picture above for my profile, and send me a message here in the forum (You can send me private messages, btw) Just ping me if you want to join, and I will send you the link to the meetup.
You can either upload Athletica FTP file .zwo to zwift, or you can just show up start your watch and I will coach you through the workout. All you need is your watch, HR strap and power hooked up to your smart trainer!
You know you’ll always eke out a few more watss when someone is struggling with you!
Come and join us! I don’t like doing tests and doing this with Marjaana is going to help me get through it! I did ask her if she’d take the test FOR me, but I guess I have to do it on my own!

Did the “Arise” session on Zwift. It mates 5x30" repeats with a 10’ Z3. 2x that group. I liked that session as a means to mix up the interval bits during the week.

Workout 40/20. We will do 20min warm- up, then 1x 5 x 40/20 (we will start with that and see how it goes- i’ve been sick) possibly do the rest and cool down until 60mins
