Are you best to delete session, or leave it as missed or reschedule it something fom the injury section etc.
I think all of those options work! Sometimes I don’t like to see “missed” so i”ll delete it if I know for sure that I’m not going to be able to do it later in the week. If I think I might, I’ll just move the workout forward to another day and try to do it (or not!). If you are injured, then you you could choose something from the workout wizard in the injury section….
