Tried changing something with my race that’s on Sunday to update workouts for the rest of the week but I’m on my phone and must have fat fingered something. Not sure if someone can take a look.
I’m trying to add back my 70.3 on Sunday and it’s not letting me add the date.
New training plan added yesterday to start from tomorrow (i.e. next week). Now previous weeks training plan is blank (may have just been maintenance - but more importantly improtu sessions done last week appear in current week as completed sessions (Thursday, Sat and Sunday of this week). Clicking into them shows them as dated correctly in previous week but still show in this week plan.
I’m not sure if these are bugs, but would like to report here. I guess there’s something completely wrong with Threshold and Zone suggestions. Here are two examples:
I did a Zone 2 easy 30k ride yesterday. AI Coach suggested dropping my threshold power to 202W while Garmin increased my FTP to 277W. (I have no idea which one is correct, but the difference between them is quite confusing.)
I haven’t been swimming for almost a week now but suddenly today the AI Coach suggested changing my swim zones Z5 and Z6 to paces like 1:47 and 1:35. I have never ever swum with those paces in my life.
Are these bugs or simply Athletica AI having it’s own calculations which is very different than anything else on the market?
Bug where extra nearly duplicate workouts keep getting inserted - here’s an example. This morning (didn’t have a screenshot, but you can imagine) there was only one swim workout, the top one that’s now completed. In the screenshot you can see it’s completed AND now there’s a SECOND swim workout underneath it that wasn’t there earlier. FWIW it happened Monday, but I thought I must have made a mistake so just deleted the second workout, but happening again today it seems like a bug.
Might be related to the beta group? I did set it to swim M/W/F, but I also have it set to not edit “today”. Thanks.
That’s what I thought. In that case then I wouldn’t expect it to be shown in the summary. I hope it isn’t being assumed to be 100% in any load calculations either.
Did it again today - this morning, one workout was planned. I finished my swim and then another swim workout suddenly shows up as planned. It’s not an unplanned workout from my swim, as it’s successfully pairing my actual swim with the originally planned activity, but is adding a separate planned workout.
See image, original was the HIIT, the new is the steady:
Hi @kimberg. This is likely because of the user-time constraints feature you are trialing on beta. You have in your settings that you want to swim ‘at least’ 1 hour today. I would suggest you change those to ‘no more than’ 1 hour and see if that makes a difference.
Ah, makes sense. It’s only counting my moving time (for some reason), so even through I’m in the pool well over an hour it’s adding more time to make sure I hit an hour?
Choosing “no more than” won’t work since I DO want to be there at least an hour every time, and I just have these set to ensure I’m not getting all my swim workouts on the wrong days of the week.
Of course I can work around either way no problem, just a bug to think through. Thanks.
