Bug reports

Yep, can’t “Add data to session” (any session), and as reported by Phil below on January 24th, the activity doesn’t load from Strava as it ordinarily would’ve. The header of the planned session says “Invalid date”. Interestingly enough, Athletica did rename the session on Strava. Did that January workout end up uploading, @Phil?

Having same issue today (11/7/2024). Completed a run session. It is displayed in GarminConnect and Strava. But not in Athletica. Tried reload multiple times, no luck.

Similar to me it’s showing though but with no associated data.

Same for all 3 activities for me today.

Hmm, I got an unknown as well. Deleted it, did the “bulk” import option with just the one event, and it showed up as unknown again and “missed” for some reason though the day isn’t over. @Prof FYI on this thread thanks

I shuffled my workouts around this week but the activity hasn’t synced to athletica ai.

It says the Invalid date at the top which makes me think it’s to do with my shuffling :frowning:

This is the activity on Zwift. I’m a bit down on time.

Hi all. Apologies but as you are noting we’re having some upload issues today that will likely require about 12 hours to solve our end. Sorry for the inconvenience and we’ll be back up and running again as soon as we can.

Thanks much for the update and good luck!

Works now, and the “overdue” workouts have synced.

Same. Appreciate the quick work team

Thank you to the team for fix. Workouts are now populating.

However, I did find a glitch. In the details & analysis it appears that the AI summary chat is confusing workout time with Load. See attached screen shot.

The planned time was a 35min run with a load of 43. The AI summary chat states I completed 40 minutes, just shy of the 43 minutes.

Yes, it got there in the end. Though I might have added the data to the session directly. Hard to recall 10 months on.

Are anyone’s hiit intervals really high compared to usual

Rowing test 100m all out session is missing the 100m all out bit from list:

bug reported thanks @SoCal1x

There’s some weird discrepancies in the swim workout yardages…

For example, this workout was built with 2700 yards, but it shows the “planned” amount as 2953.

Even weirder, in Garmin Connect, it shows as 2940 yards, but when I ran the workout on my watch, it was the correct 2700 yards

Not sure if related, but the zones/pace ranges shown in the web UI are also different from what was programmed on the watch, but what I got on the watch are what I expected (maybe it’s based on the CSS I have on my watch which is slightly different than what is here).

I believe I may have found a bug. Athletica appears to be calculating running pace incorrectly. See attached. I completed 3.88 miles in 35min. With an avg. pace of 9:01/mile. The AI says my average pace was 9:27/mile.

The average pace shown in the feedback box is, I believe, pretty random. Sometimes it matches moving time divided by distance, sometimes it doesn’t. It returns absurdly slow paces for swims. Wouldn’t pay attention to what it says anyway as it’s at times sillier than Siri :upside_down_face:

Have this same issue. See below:

I think what’s happening is that the narrative is reporting the NGP, while the summary on the calendar view is using the overall average pace. I’ve been looking through some of my recent runs, and that seems to be pretty consistently the case.
