Bug reports

A few bugs when creating sessions and trying to save to my library

1. If I tick the box to save the session to my library, it doesn’t do it. If I subsequently select save to library from hamburger menu it saves it to library.

2. Although I can edit the warm up I cannot get rid of the 30 min duration, even if I blank it out and add a distance.

3. I’ve added 220km as main session but it gives the duration of the overall session as 53 mins. I’m not quite that fast.

4. It gives the session load at 40 which vastly underestimates the load.

Hey @green-biker

A trick I've learned is to save a workout you want to move to the next week: save it to your library and then add it from there to the day you prefer. :D

@marjaana That’s great, didn’t realise you could save Athletica generated sessions to your library as well as ones you created.

Not sure if this is intended, but I'm also unable to just delete a race and save the plan. I have to delete a race and also add one in order to save.

@jesse I noticed that yesterday. Fortunately the syncing of actual session activity back to Athletica is fine with no duplication.

@paul I was trying to delete the above B race, not the A, which is still the last one

Just logging this outstanding bug separately, so it doesn't get lost in my original bug report.

If I create my own sessions and add them to the plan, and set to them to locked. If I subsequently change from train to maintain to train for races, and put in some events. Then it deletes my own locked sessions from the plan, plus it also deletes them from my sessions library. Obviously if I've gone to the trouble to create my own sessions and lock them, then I want to keep them fixed in the plan. Plus if I've saved them to my session library, then it is because I will want to reuse those sessions on future dates, regardless of what I'm doing with regards to adding additional races to changing priority of races and recalculating.

I've put my known events in up to till end of March 2024, thus no rush to get this fixed. But be nice to see it retain sessions I've added, when I come to add my events beyond March, and put in my true A event.

I checked the original fit link and had power data. Now reloaded the sessions from fit and showing power data

Hi! I experience a bug. My past activities are not shown anymore + my schedule have been changed for this week (at least what I can see now, some training are moved to different days then I set them beforehand).

I’m noticing something weird today too. I had a bike workout scheduled for today and a run tomorrow. I went to delete a strength workout that somehow got added from my library to tomorrow and it deleted that and my bike for today.

Not a big bug but the AI Coach and session summary are rounding the mWR differently. Ai Coach had today’s session as mWR -8%, whilst session summary has mWR as -9%.

AI coach had one too many drink last night… I’d always trust the session summary more. :star_struck:

It has one too many drinks most nights for my mWR summaries  in that case. Yes the session summary is the more trustworthy.

Was reviewing my Plan Overview > Performance Potential Menu and todays training, and I get the following screen capture. I have refreshed my screen multiple times, same outcome. Has not come up before, thoughts?

Very strange one @KinesioMS . When I login as you I see the full graph. Could it be a screen resolution setting issue your side?

Hello! I got this email from one of my athletes yesterday about some challenges he’s having with adding new races to his schedule:
"For now, I won’t add or change any races. What I found out is that when you add or change a race, it recalculates the whole training. And what I had for the following week is not the same or similar. It seems like it does not look back at what I was doing and the progression (what part of the training block I was and the week into it that training block). Example, the recovery week is no longer in two weeks from what I can see. This worries me because if I add or modify a race, whatever progression I had is recalculated and the training the following week starts like you are starting from nothing or like a brand new athlete starting to use Athletica. I can understand if the race is in a few weeks or very close since everything needs to be recalculate to account the new races but the races are months away. "

Thank you in advance

I noticed a similar issue today. I completed my swim test this morning according to plan. The total distance was 2000 yards. I went back to review the session and update my CSS swim threshold. What I noticed was that all of the swim distances changed from todays completed test. The new total yards are 1700. My Garmin data is correct. And I still have a printed copy of the swim session as proof as to what I originally had. Thoughts?

I’m not sure if this is a bug or if I have to understand it differently:

How can 100m be divided into 3x50m?
