Being a high volume athlete of about 20 hours I often “play” between overeaching and OVERTRAINING.
For years I have used exclusively HRV4TRAINING but finally with ATHLETICA I have learned to read night HRV and I think it is enlightening because when we are tired the night HRV drops incredibly despite the morning measurement being average as well as the HR.
By increasing healthy Carbo from Fruit and vegetables, taking care of sleep and cutting INTENSITY more than volume for 3/4 days I have always re-established the values
