Feature/Workout request

On easy runs, create a warmup window as a part of the workout. My easy runs right now fall into the 124-142 HR range and it takes me a few minutes to get up to 124 without doing any sort of hard running which really shouldn’t be part of the workout.

Not end of the world stuff, just would keep my watch from screaming at me… that’s a bit dramatic.

I digress.. a warmup of say 4 minutes or so with something a bit above resting to something in the baseline of the prescribed workout, say like 60-133 in my case would be good.

Can you share a screenshot of your easy run? All of mine start as you describe, with several minutes of warmup where the lower end of the range is a HR or pace or power that I can hit with less than a minute of speed walking. The default description even says ‘walk briskly’.

I’ve gotten similar but most of mine I’ve noticed just dive right into Zone 2… like this one is all Zone 2 with no warmup. Dealing with a calf injury right now so opting out of runs… but I’ve often thought heading out on the sort of run below… as my watch is telling me ‘too low on my HR’… ideally there’d be a warmup period.
