HIIT session target zones

Hi there, I noticed my target power zone for my HIIT sessions have been moved up from zone 5 to zone 6. I’ve been targeting 400W previously and now the coach is asking for about 480-660W which seems like a massive increase for how it feels like I’m developing. The equivalent change has also happened for my run intervals.

Thanks @Toaster … that bug has been reported. The 30/30 HIIT session is hard z6 for work effort and easy z1 for recovery. The bug is that its prescribing as a range, z5-7 for the work effort. For now use common sense please and target your z6 only.
