Hi guys, out of curiosity…if I wanted to increase the volume without receiving OVERTRAINING warning signals and without my Future training sessions being reduced, what should I do?
At the moment I’m on HIGH VOLUME, Competitive and 4/30 Hours setting. Normal Ramp.
I was thinking of increasing the Ramp rate to Fast.
It would be useful to me soon when I can have a period of vacation from work..

You can turn off the warnings in your settings. Profile - Plan settings
Also you can turn of the automatic adaptations from your settings

Ok so if I set “Do not change for the next 0 days” does the original Training Plan remain?
