I’m using TP Virtual with erg custom workouts from athletica. I stopped using it for a few months but I’m back on it now.
Few months ago when I was importing workouts the warmup and cooldown was sloped like:
warmup from 140->271
cooldown from 271->140
Now when I’m importing it’s ridgit:
warmup at 271
cooldown at 140
is there any kind of setting to allow these sloped warmups/cooldowns?
@Bart if you click into your WU segment of your session you can ensure you have the desired ramp selected - i.e., start z1, finish z2. Likewise for CD.
