Tomorrow we say goodbye to those pesky torturous 40/20 (for now) before we switch back over to 30/30 with our lovely legend @cmaloney who will take over leading the group for two weeks while I am on family vacay.
Tomorrow:
Warm up 20 mins
3x6x40/20 (yes that will be hard but nothing we haven’t done before!) with glorious 4 mins recovery in between!
Cool down to 60mins.
I am stepping away for two Wednesdays as family road trip awaits!
But don’t think for a moment we are leaving you hanging dry. @cmaloney is leading the Wednesday sessions and that likely means you will be doing 30/30s
