You will do 20 min easy warm up starting 8:30am CT and start the workout at 8:50am sharp.

Google meet link will be dropped into the WhatsApp group for hot takes …

Super fun today! I suppose…well…the fun bits were the warmup and cool down, of course. The not-so-fun bits were the intervals in between. Anyhoo…promised to post the chart with the pain-o-meter:

Tomorrow we say goodbye to those pesky torturous 40/20 (for now) before we switch back over to 30/30 with our lovely legend @cmaloney who will take over leading the group for two weeks while I am on family vacay.

Tomorrow:
Warm up 20 mins
3x6x40/20 (yes that will be hard but nothing we haven’t done before!) with glorious 4 mins recovery in between!
Cool down to 60mins.

As we prepare to race in the zwift racing league, we are NoT doing our usual 30/30 hiit session, but joining this hill climb race Zwift Hill Climb Racing Club - Hilly KQOM Forwards - The at Home Cycling & Running Virtual Training App

It runs same time as our usual workout, but make sure to warm up at last 15 mins before. Google meet link the WhatsApp group as normal
