Strava app activity types for Strength & Conditioning workouts

Hi,
I had Strength & Conditioning + Plyo 2 workout today and recorder it by Strava app on Iphone with HR monitor connected. Before the start I was asked by the app to choose the sport and had a few options potentially of suitable: Weight training, workout, crossfit. I’ve chosen workout.

After finishing Athletica synced with Strava and a new unplanned lsession was created (on the bottom of the snapshot) instead of linking to existed Strength & Conditioning + Plyo 2 session. Later I manually added workout time and subjective measures to this session.

Question - what do I have to do to get all Strength & Conditioning + Plyo 2 sessions automatically linked to strava activities recorded by Strava App to avoid deleting these unplanned sessions (on the bottom of the snapshot) and adding details manually to existing Strength & Conditioning + Plyo 2 sessions?

I actually did the same thing yesterday - I chose "weight training’ on Strava and it linked to athletica automatically…

I use Strength Training on my Garmin watch, it links to strava as a Weight Strength Training session and also feeds correctly through to Athletica for this.
