Technique critique

Although I’ve been doing triathlon for years, I’m relatively new to heavy lifting (heavy being relative, of course).

I thought this would be a great place to get some input on my technique, so I’d be grateful for any comments on how my form looks this video. Thanks!

Form looks great for starters @MarkB … next time try to squeeze your glutes at the top to bring your hips under you, and stand tall — ribs down, hips forward, not back.
