You’ve been added @davjr96 … check above thread for newsletter links around functionality and remember it needs at least 12 hours to try to work out the logic in your requests.

Thanks. I don’t think I can do 4.5 hour trainer rides, so this will let me dial that back until I’m outdoors. :slight_smile:

I am so much happier with my plan overall and planned chart of fitness fatigue and form after inputting time constraints.

I will admit I was a little nervous after playing around last night and seeing run off the bike on its own on a Saturday, but after 12 hours had passed it seems to have worked itself out.

Will note if anything appears funky.
