My two options in the Workout Wizard in the fatigue tab do not seem to be less load, duration, or distance. Am I not understanding the workouts, or are these not great options?
What kind of workout is lined up for tomorrow? Could you swap in a Z2 run that is scheduled tomorrow or later in the week for this HIIT run and get back to it when you are a bit fresher?
Hi @AdventureShoes … I’m on your profile and I can see the following on that session. Obviously you’d choose the steady 50’ run. I’m wondering if this is a loading issue on mobile, possibly our system still catching up after the outage.
